Entrance has a traditional atmosphere, and there are specious space with tables in the basement, and relaxed Japanese rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Our main dish is blowfish. We order the big blowfish about 3kg from authentic Shimonoseki, and cook blowfish one day after Ikejime. It is the way to get Umami.
